Shipping policy

At Nayah, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered to you promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand our procedures, delivery times, and shipping costs.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

If you need expedited processing, please contact us at hello@nayahjewelry.com immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Shipping Methods 

Once your order is processed and shipped, depending on your location, shipping will be handled by various carrier options, including USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more. This promotion will automatically apply at checkout once your order qualifies.
  • For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment online. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. 

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@nayahjewelry.com.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the package reshipped at your expense or request a refund for the order (minus shipping costs).

9. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays once the package is with the shipping carrier.
