At Nayah Jewelry, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry, and we hope you love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!
At Nayah Jewelry, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans from Pakistan and/or India, ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike. This artisanal process means that slight variations in design, color, and stone characteristics are not only expected but also celebrated, making every item truly unique. Natural stones and pearls vary in appearance, adding to the distinct charm of each piece.
We are committed to maintaining rigorous quality control, so every item is thoroughly inspected before being shipped to you. Please note that slight differences from the product photos—especially in color or design—are a natural result of using handcrafted techniques and natural materials.
Additionally, the stems of our earrings are intentionally crafted from a softer material to ensure flexibility and prevent breakage. If you notice a slight bend in the earring stems, this is by design and should not be considered a defect. The flexible design enhances the durability and comfort of our jewelry without compromising on quality.
How to Request a Return
- If you wish to return an item, you must notify us via email at hello@nayahjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Please ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a return.
Return Approval Process
- Once we receive your return request, we will review it and notify you via email if the return is approved.
- Upon approval, we will send you detailed return instructions.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive the returned item.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@nayahjewelry.com.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Alternatively, in some cases a store credit may be issued for future purchases.
Important Notes:
- Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of some of our products (such as personalized or custom-made items), these are not eligible for return. Please refer to the product description for return eligibility.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for returns.
